As we send products inclusive of shipping, we do not cover return shipping costs. We refund you when we get the parcel properly without any damage or loss of its value that it can be resold.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale
